Before taking monthly
These tablets can be taken by adults. However do not take if you have previously reacted badly to any of the ingredients.

After taking monthly
Side-effects are not known with this product but if you experience any undesirable symptoms or side effects when taking this product, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not take more than the stated dose. If you take too many tablets, discontinue use and talk to your doctor.
If you miss a dose take a replacement promptly and continue to take this medicine as directed, up to a maximum of 3 doses a day.

How to use Potters Femmeherb Monthly tabs
For oral use. Adults: One to two tablets to be taken after meals whilst discomfort lasts.
